Wood Beam H20 is a special composite load-bearing wooden component specifically designed for the building formwork system. It is formed by bonding the upper and lower solid wood finger-jointed flanges with the middle waterproof laminated board web through high-pressure waterproof glue. The overall shape is a I-beam section. Wood Beam H20 mostly uses dried spruce and pine as raw materials, strictly controlling the moisture content. It is equipped with multiple layers of phenolic waterproof laminated board webs, with plastic protective heads added at both ends and anti-corrosion and waterproof paint applied. This product takes into account both structural strength and resistance to damp conditions in construction sites.
Compared to traditional solid wooden squares, Wood Beam H20 is lighter in weight, has excellent bending resistance, is less prone to warping and deformation, and the board surface is highly smooth after pouring. It is compatible with standardized specifications for various formwork supports such as roof panels, walls, and columns. It can be used in combination with steel supports and aluminum formwork systems. It can be cut on-site to fit irregular construction scenarios, has a long turnover service life, and is widely used in cast-in-place concrete projects in building construction, bridges, and high formwork projects.
