The front and back surfaces of the board are coated with waterproof and wear-resistant phenolic film. With excellent waterproof and anti-stick properties, Film Faced Bamboo Plywood features smooth and dense surface, makes easily removed after concrete pouring and the components are formed smoothly without additional plastering. The bamboo core has strong toughness, can resist bending and compression, and is not prone to warping or deformation. Double-sided laminated coating provides dual protection. It is resistant to cement corrosion, does not peel or fall off, and has a high number of normal construction application cycles. It is not affected by water and does not expand. It is durable when stored outdoors and is not restricted by humid environments.
Excellent strength & good toughness, not prone to deformation
Using moso bamboo as the raw material, the bamboo curtains and bamboo mats are interlaced and pressed together. Its bending, compression and impact resistance far exceed that of ordinary wooden templates. Film Faced Bamboo Plywood is unlikely to bend, warp or crack under heavy pouring pressure.
