PP hollow formwork is made mainly from modified polypropylene, with added toughening, anti-aging, and reinforcing additives. It's produced through an extrusion molding process to create a new type of reusable construction form with a hollow grid inside and solid, smooth surfaces on both sides. This green building material replaces traditional plywood, bamboo plywood, steel forms, and solid PVC forms. The product has very low water absorption, doesn't swell, resists salt and alkali corrosion, and can be used stably in outdoor, basement, and coastal humid conditions. Its smooth surface prevents concrete from sticking, so most constructions don't need a release agent, and after removing the formwork the surface is flat, reducing plaster repairs. The panels are stable in both hot and cold conditions-they don't soften easily in heat or crack in cold-and under standard conditions, they can be reused 60-100 times, far more than bamboo or wood forms. Waste panels and scraps can be 100% crushed and recycled, producing no construction waste and being environmentally friendly.
