LVL Scaffolding Planks are high-strength engineered wooden structural materials. They are made from rotary-sliced veneers of pine and spruce logs. All the veneers are arranged in the same direction along the grain. They are combined with outdoor waterproof phenolic glue and pressed together under high temperature and high pressure. After drying and moisture control treatment, the natural wood defects are distributed layer by layer, resulting in uniform and stable overall mechanical properties. Their bending and tensile strength are much better than those of conventional solid wood square materials. The dimensions are not prone to distortion or cracking due to temperature and humidity changes. LVL Scaffolding Planks can be customized with extremely long specifications. The processing is convenient. They are waterproof and resistant to mud erosion. They can be cut and processed into high-strength flanges of solid wood I-beams, or used alone as load-bearing keels for high formwork and bridge projects.
