First, the joists and support system should be arranged reasonably according to design requirements to ensure even stress distribution on the formwork and avoid deformation due to insufficient support.
During installation, ensure tight joints in the formwork to prevent concrete grout leakage and ensure pouring quality. Although PP formwork has good release properties, a release agent can be used appropriately according to construction requirements to facilitate demolding and extend the formwork's lifespan.
During demolding, avoid using hammers or other hard objects to forcefully strike the formwork to prevent localized damage. After construction, promptly clean any concrete residue from the formwork surface and stack it flat for storage, avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures. Proper use and maintenance can effectively increase the number of formwork reuses and reduce construction costs.
